The following Network processes are still handled through the Supply Chain mailbox: NIW.Boms@rci.rogers.com:

• Project transfer requests (TRF)
• Updates to existing purchase orders (POs) or sales orders (SOs)

Password requirements:

• Password length should be at least 7 characters.

• Password must contain both 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase character (e.g., a-z and A-Z)

• Password must contain at least one number (e.g., 0-9)

• Password must contain a special character (ex. @, #, $, %, &, * and + …)

New users must adhere to the new requirements on account creation.

Existing users will need to change their password every 90 days, using above requirements.

Accounts will be locked after 3 failed login attempts within 30 minutes and will remain locked for at least 30 minutes or until a System Administrator resets the account.

Idle login sessions will expire after 15 minutes of inactivity.
